    PC HomeCall - Our History
 

Our staff have a fully fledged corporate background. PC HomeCall was born after several war stories of home PC support were shared with the founder. Several relatives and close family friends were talking about what had happened, what went wrong and what they had to pay. This was a shock to say the least. It happens in all consumer markets. But to a handful of people that we all knew was shocking!

Working for business we have seen the big picture, we've seen computers working great and boy have we seen them fail. Failure can bring business to a standstill! Relatively speaking, a computer crash can bring your home to a standstill. No email, no research, no homework - the list is endless.

A hole existed in the home support market. We saw the space and decided to come together and work to fill it.

Services are available at a mixed range of prices. Our prices are very competitive if not the best. As a consumer, you need choice. Our facts are presented up front. Our prices, what we do, what we have done. We are not shy, nor are we nervous.

The idea of PC HomeCall was born over 4 years ago. Research and Development has been underway for years.
